Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Finance Operations Analyst to support financial processes and drive operational efficiency through data analysis and automation. This role bridges finance and IT, requiring strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and proficiency in digital tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Operations

• Manage and analyze financial data related to healthcare services, billing, claims, and reimbursements.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, monthly report journal entries and reconciliations.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for clinical and non-clinical departments.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and internal controls.

• Collaborate with finance and clinical teams to improve financial transparency and reporting accuracy.

IT & Systems Integration

• Maintain and enhance digital systems (eTMS,ePeriodic, eInspection).

  Develop automated reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Power automate, proficient in Microsoft excel data analysis tools/formula.

• Knowledge on script writing is advantage. Example, Microsoft Form script writing.

• Support data integration between finance and operation systems.

• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT teams for resolution and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in finance operations or financial analysis.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
