Job summary

Maybank Securities is seeking a meticulous individual to learn the inner workings of Finance Operations within a fast-paced brokerage environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting day-to-day tasks and contribute to process improvements.

The role focuses on reconciliations, data analysis, and collaboration within a team, offering opportunities to grow in capital markets and brokerage operations while developing Excel and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Interest in accounting and finance.
• Basic accounting knowledge.

• Good with numbers and data analysis.
• 1-2 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Clients' reconciliation for capital market products such as Equities, Scrip Borrowing/Lending, Share Financing and Futures for Prime Execution Services.
• Brokers reconciliations.
• Daily Trust reconciliation.
• Debit & Credit Interest to Clients.
• Withholding Tax reporting.
• Other Ad hoc projects.
