Finance Officer (Deposit and Withdrawal)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process all client deposits and withdrawals on the platform promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure transactions are executed in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Identify, suggest, and assist in the development and implementation in the deposit and withdrawal processes to enhance efficiency and client experience.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues related to deposits and withdrawals/enhancement.
  • Provide support for other finance-related duties or special projects as assigned by Management.
  • Provide valuable solutions to stakeholders and teammates when problems arise

  • Familiar with local and international payment methods (e.g., TT, online banking, payment gateways, etc.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and improve processes
  • Good communication skills to work with clients and teammates
  • English speaking and Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
