Job Description

• Maintain up-to-date billing system
• Generate and send out invoices
• Follow up on collect and applied payments
• Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
• Perform account reconciliations
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Reconcile and resolve payment discrepancies
• Maintain customer database
• Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
• Process credit card payments
• Prepare bank depositsInvestigate and resolve customer queries
• Attend to customer's and salesman enquiries
• Any other tasks/projects assigned by immediate supervisor

Job Requirement

• Singaporean/PR only due to quota issues
• Certificate in accounting or bookkeeping O Level
• Min One years accounts receivables and general accounting experience
