Finance Officer / Executive

We are currently on a lookout for passionate individuals to join us as an Finance Officer/ Executive.

Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payables Management – review and perform A/P invoicing, data entry, vendor reconciliations, and AP monitoring
  • Perform counter duties on a rotation basis (e.g., collection of payments, attending to resident enquiries, etc.) and execute day‑end closing
  • Answer telephone enquiries from residents
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports, performing day‑end closing, and preparing payment vouchers
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous
  • Meticulous, organized and responsible with a high degree of initiative
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to start work immediately (preferred)
