Job Scope

• Overseeing of general ledger, AR, AP and fixed asset management

• Preparing financial and management reports which includes P&L statements, balance sheets and cash flow analyses

• Ensuring compliance with policies and statutory regulations in Singapore and Overseas

• Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts

• Conducting variance and cost center analyses to support management decision‑making

• Providing financial insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability

• Liaising with tax advisors on corporate tax matters, quarterly GST submission

• Supporting treasury operations including cash flow management and liaising with bankers for operational issues

• Providing guidance to the finance team and managing the processes to ensure performance

• Collaborating with other departments to enhance financial processes and alignment with business objectives

• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance/Managing Director
  

Requirement

1. Degree in Accountancy or CPA/CA equivalent qualifications

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in finance managerial role
