Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Monitor liquidity, optimize cash flow, and manage treasury operations to support the company's trading and distribution cycles.
Oversee inventory accounting and valuation across physical and digital product lines. Ensure accurate cost of goods sold (COGS) tracking, inventory provisioning, and alignment with sales forecasts to minimize obsolescence and stockouts.
Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams to align financial planning with product lifecycle, procurement cycles, and regional distribution strategies. Provide financial insights into pricing, margin optimization, and channel profitability.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to evaluate commercial initiatives, product launches, and regional expansion plans. Provide financial models and scenario analyses to support decision‑making.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, internal controls, and ERP/reporting systems to support scalability and operational efficiency.
