Qualifications

Job description for Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and ensure timely completion of month-end closing and reporting
• Review and analyse monthly financial performance results
• Responsible for statutory accounts and tax compliance, including corporate income tax, GST and others
• Responsible for the integrity of the financial statements of the company and ensure compliance to both Local regulatory and Group policies
• Liaise with various stakeholders, including external auditors, tax consultants, other regulatory bodies
• Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations of finance functions
• Ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
• A qualified accountant with a recognize accounting body
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with audit experience from any Big 4 audit firm
• Good knowledge in Singapore FRS, IFRS and experienced in statutory and tax compliance
• Working knowledge of GST and withholding tax regulations
• Proactive, meticulous, independent and resourceful
• Ability to work in ambiguous, high pace and dynamic environment
• Effective communication, problem solving and analytical
• Good knowledge of IFRS, and experienced in statutory and tax compliance
