Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, month-end closures, and consolidated reporting. The role emphasizes strong leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with regional teams.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. SAP S/4HANA expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• ACCA qualified and/or Chartered Accountant (CA) certified.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience in managerial role from manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Manage accounting consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, and group reporting.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to the Regional Finance Office.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and management reports.
• Manage and review finance processes using SAP S/4HANA.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, regional finance teams, and management.
• Lead and develop the finance/accounting team.
