Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced Accountant / Finance Manager to handle a full set of accounts and manage daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience and be proficient in QuickBooks. Responsibilities include monitoring AR collections, preparing financial statements, and managing office duties. This is a fully onsite position with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in handling full set accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts.
  • Manage daily accounting operations.
  • Monitor AR collection and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Manage A/P process payments and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and maintain cash management.
  • Prepare reconciliation for General Ledger accounts.
  • Prepare management accounts.
  • Prepare GST returns and submissions.
  • Handle general office administrative duties.
  • Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned.

  • Position: Accountant / Finance Manager
  • Salary: $4,500 - $6,000 + AWS + Variable bonus
  • Working Days: Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pm (Fully Onsite)
  • Working Location: Near Jurong East MRT
