Overview

A growing PERE with AUM above $9bn is seeking a Finance Manager, reporting to the Financial Lead, to ensure accurate financial reporting, including tax assessments, for the Group and funds managed by the Group.

This crucial role drives operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and compliance across all finance‑related activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the financial system and collaborate with the team to achieve financial accuracy and transparency.
• Heavily involved in financial reporting and analysis, including monthly reporting for both the funds and group level.
• Analyze financial data to provide trends and insights to the Financial Lead and CFO.
• Participate in annual forecast and ongoing budgeting.
• Oversee all accounting and tax compliance related to the funds, including fund performance, distributions, and tax filings.
• Support the Financial Lead in risk management, implement risk mitigation, and manage special projects such as setting up new funds, loan refinancing, process improvements, or other finance‑related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with a PERE background.
• More than 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in using Yardi is a plus.
