Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily finance operations such as payments, billings, and general ledger updates.
• Oversee monthly accounts review and reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting across all business units.
• Check and process vendor invoices, staff claims, and patient refunds accurately.
• Work closely with clinic and operations teams on budgeting, cash flow, and financial tracking.
• Supervise and guide the finance team and help improve work processes for better efficiency.

Requirements

• ACCA, CPA or equivalent
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in doing finance in the healthcare/medical industry.
• Good knowledge of local accounting, tax, and GST rules.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems such as Xero.

Salary

Salary: $4,000 to $6,000
