Our client is a local leading player in healthcare industry. They are now recruiting a Finance Manager to be part of their Finance team to assist the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central-West - easily accessible.

Roles and Responsibilities of Finance Manager:

  • Manage and review claims for various grants, ensuring compliance with grantor requirements.
  • Support audit processes conducted by grantors and prepare timely reports for submission.
  • Track grant utilisation and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Handle accounting and reporting for operational support functions (e.g. facilities management, environmental services, security).
  • Assist in planning and developing cost recovery strategies, including cost allocations.
  • Manage a small team to ensure accurate accounting, reconciliation, claims processing, and reporting.
  • Support annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with exposure to grants management
  • Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
