Qualifications

• A recognised university degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards.
• Experience with FP&A, budgeting, and financial closure processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic financial and management reports for stakeholders.
• Liaise with external auditors and provide audit documentation as required.
• Analyse Fund Centre Reports and highlight inconsistencies with FP&A.
• Provide donor reports and ad hoc fund activity updates.
• Coordinate revised estimates and budgets from stakeholders.
• Monitor budget-to-actual variances to identify risks and opportunities.
• Guide stakeholders on budget control and expenditure management.
• Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting processes.
