Job description

Our client is a Food Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Monitor financial performance and variance analysis, recommending strategies for cost optimization.
  • Support decision‑making through detailed financial reporting and scenario modeling.
  • Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and payroll posting.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate audits and maintain effective relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor liquidity and cash flow to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and management dashboards.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to guide resource allocation and investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape long‑term financial strategy and risk management.
  • Provide guidance to cross‑functional teams on financial performance and business initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements in financial systems, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the finance team, promoting professional growth and high performance.
  • Foster a collaborative, results‑driven culture within the finance function.
Requirements
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA) or CFA Level I preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or reporting; multinational or regional exposure is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Comfortable for 5.5 working days.
