We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager to be part of exciting growth story.

Roles and Responsibilities

As Finance Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will see you collaborating closely with colleagues across departments as you prepare accurate financial reports, support audits, oversee tax compliance activities, and drive improvements in treasury management.

• Prepare audit schedule for financial year ended, investigate discrepancies as needed, and or reviewing audited financial statements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Support external consultant or grant officers for grants submission and document support.
• Ensure all month end journals are passed in the system and management reports prepared are free from errors and submitted timely to management.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and reports in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
• Review and implement accounting and financial procedures and policies to ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial policies
• Assist with the preparation of analyses and budget relating project tenders, as well as to support informed decision-making.
• Prepare and ensure accurate and timely submission for quarterly GST Returns submission.
• Liaise with sales team, auditors, tax agent and bankers for all financial & accounting matters.
• Perform other ad-hoc assigned duties.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
• Hands‑on oriented.
• Min 5 years experience in accounting or related field.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiar with Dubai and China accounts would be a plus but not mandatory for consideration.
• Mandarin skills are beneficial for contract review and cross‑border communication.
• Experience using XERO / Zoho accounting software would be advantageous but not mandatory for consideration.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team‑oriented environment is highly valued.
