About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ASEAN Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across our ASEAN entities. You will manage local finance teams, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise finance teams in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.
  • Oversee all finance, accounting, and reporting activities in the ASEAN region.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and maintain strong internal quality controls.
  • Manage month-end closing, cash flow, bank reconciliations, and credit risk.
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivables, and payroll processes.
  • Coordinate statutory audits, tax filings, and financial reporting across countries.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for ASEAN P&L.
  • Partner with the ASEAN leadership team to provide financial analysis and business insights.
  • Support system and process improvement initiatives, including Oracle Cloud implementation.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA preferred).
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in regional finance management.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, local statutory requirements, and tax compliance.
  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems; Hyperion experience a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Smart View experience an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin or Malay an advantage.
  • Hands-on, analytical, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong ethics, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.
