  • Support the finance team in designing robust internal controls and processes that strengthen the overall control framework.
  • Collaborate closely with the regional Finance Director on tasks aimed at building an efficient finance function that supports organisational growth.
  • Lead general accounting efforts by maintaining accurate records related to accruals, fixed assets, payroll, tax entries, customer invoicing, supplier payments, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance of financial statements with both local GAAPs and IFRS standards through diligent oversight and review.
  • Supervise transactional accounting activities including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), guaranteeing complete and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare detailed tax reports to meet local requirements while serving as the primary contact for technical tax matters with external advisors.
  • Direct the monthly financial closing process and group-level financial reporting to ensure timely delivery of high-quality information.
  • Verify that all balance sheet accounts and sub-ledger reconciliations are completed accurately each month.
