Finance Manager (Singapore – SME Environment)

Full-time | Singapore | Growth Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, ambitious Finance Manager to run the full finance function across our SME group. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants exposure far beyond typical accounting work — someone hungry, sharp, and excited to grow into a senior finance leader.

What You Will Do

Full Finance Ownership (End-to-End)

  • Lead day-to-day finance operations: bookkeeping, AR/AP, monthly closing.

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, cashflow statements, and simple financial dashboards.

  • Maintain and reconcile accounts on Xero.

  • Handle payroll, CPF submissions, GST filings, IRAS matters, and annual statutory reporting.

  • Manage cashflow, budgeting, and cost tracking across multiple business units.

  • Work with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries.

Business Partnering & Operations

  • Support the CEO with financial analysis, projections, and decision-making.

  • Build simple models (P&L, capex, ROI, cost breakdowns, job margins).

  • Track financial performance of each outlet/business and highlight risks early.

  • Help streamline processes, improve controls, and tighten systems.

Growth & Leadership

  • Learn how to run finances for a multi-business group.

  • Build SOPs, simple finance playbooks, and scalable reporting systems.

  • Potential to grow into Head of Finance as the group expands.

Who We’re Looking For
  • 1–5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, audit, or SME operations
    (Fresh grads considered if extremely driven and good with numbers.)

  • Strong with Excel/Sheets and comfortable learning new systems.

  • Familiar with Xero or willing to pick it up quickly.

  • Hungry, fast learner, and enjoys solving problems.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced SME environment with multiple responsibilities.
