Responsibilities
  • As a Finance Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the full suite of management finance and accounting functions including but not limited to month-end reporting, overseeing of P&L and balance sheet, driving savings target setting, tracking and reporting and ensure business compliance with accounting and procurement policies and guidelines. You will also be required to provide finance perspective, expertise and analytical support on sourcing and other procurement initiatives.
  • Manage full-spectrum of management finance and accounting functions and processes.
  • Prepare and ensure accurate and timely Financial and Management Reporting.
  • Work on savings targets alignment, and actual savings tracking and reporting.
  • Drive financial analysis on sourcing and other procurement initiatives.
  • Provide finance perspectives and expertise on all other procurement related matters.
  • Review of key processes to drive process improvements.
  • Work closely with the internal teams to deliver growth targets and also manage external vendors which provide financial-related services.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the B2B enterprise Software / SaaS / payments industry
  • Excellent analytical ability and Excel skills
  • Meticulous and having a keen eye for details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and present financial information to both non-finance and business audience
