Finance Manager – for a leading Real Estate owner in the region (REIT)

To join a growing logistics real estate development, investment, and fund management platform.

Salary + AWS + Var Bonus

Roles

Responsible for the financial and management reporting functions

Handling accounts consolidation and monthly management reporting – circa 60 entities (subsidiaries, joint ventures, associates) across Singapore, Malaysia, China & Vietnam.

Prepare monthly financial reports including consolidation, budgeting and forecasting.

Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports, including variance analysis, cash flow projections and AR collection reports.

Prepare annual financial statements.

Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast by working closely with Department Heads.

Provide business decision support and analysis by providing financial advice.

Handle external and internal audit and statutory matters.

Requirements

Degree in Accountancy/CPA/ACCA/CA.

At least 10 years of working experience – with 4 years of experience handling group consolidation (involving intercompany transactions between subsidiaries and joint ventures).

Strong technical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have good communication skills and be analytical, independent and proactive.
