Candidates with prior experience in listed companies will be given priority consideration. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with analytical insights
• Manage listing compliance, including disclosures, internal controls, and audit matters
• Lead budgeting, cost control, and rolling forecast
• Liaise with auditors, company secretary, and regulatory bodies (SGX, ACRA, etc.)
• Support corporate finance activities, including fundraising, M&A, and board materials
• Enhance and streamline financial processes to improve efficiency and transparency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in a listed company is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and listing regulations
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity in audit and budgeting processes
• Excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility, and teamwork
