Job Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, report preparation, and cash flow management.
  Supervise and review company accounts to ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements.
  Assist in the preparation of financial budgets, monitor performance, and provide analysis of budget implementation.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing financial analysis to support decision-making.
  Regularly report financial status to management, including financial data analysis and forecasting.
• Tax Management: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, file taxes accurately and on time.
  Assist in tax planning to optimize tax liabilities.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage the company’s funds, ensuring liquidity and safety of cash flow.
  Optimize cash flow management to ensure reasonable use of company funds.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external and internal audits, providing relevant financial data and materials for smooth audit processes.
• Team Management: Manage the finance team to ensure professional development and efficiency.
  Provide training and guidance to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management, with experience in medium to large enterprises preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial and tax regulations, with excellent financial analysis skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work closely with other departments.
• Proficient in financial software and office tools, experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate the finance team to achieve objectives.
