Job description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to oversee daily finance operations and support management in strategic and operational initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage core accounting functions while contributing to broader financial projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily finance operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
• Supervise the monthly closing process to ensure accurate and timely group consolidated management reports.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting requirements and tax obligations.
• Support corporate finance matters such as transfer pricing, tax planning, and optimisation. Handle day-to-day administrative duties to ensure smooth finance operations.
• Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects as required by management.

Requestments:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/CA qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting and taxation (experience in Singapore preferred). Hands-on experience in monthly closing, cash flow management, and payroll.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese to liaise effectively with the China team.
