Responsibilities
- Head & provided guidance to the team, oversee the operations and functions of Finance, Administration & HR;
- In-charge of Malaysia subsidiary’s full set of accounts;
- Involve in the formulation and implementation of internal control policies and procedures to ensure its compliance within organization;
- Automate reporting processes to efficiently meet regulatory and business partner requirements;
- Manage monthly financial closing, budgeting, cash flow projection and forecasting;
- Serve as the primary liaison for auditors, tax agents and Company Secretary;
- Ensure validity of business licences such as BCA Contractor Licence, BizSafe Licence, ISO-45K Certification and work on the respective renewals;
- Responsible for the procurement of project related insurance / bonds coverage;
- Take charge of the organization’s digital platform (ERP system for SME & HRMS); constantly check, adjust and assess upgrading needs to meet operating requirement over time;
- Support departmental heads to improvise processes for smooth application and alignment of systems across departments.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent;
- Preferably with 10 years of relevant working experience;
- Ability to delegate duties and lead;
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards;
- Experience in AutoCount Accounting System preferred;
- Proficient with MS Office;
- Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively;
