Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership
  • Drive financial strategy to support long-term growth and profitability.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital allocation.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Financial Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems.
  • Monitor financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Team Development & Leadership
  • Build and lead a high‑performing finance organization, including FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong cooperation with Finance team members in China.

Qualifications

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Minimum 5 years of senior financial leadership experience, a successful IPO execution is a plus.
• Deep understanding of public company reporting requirements and capital markets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial automation tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin.
