  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively, ensuring the availability of funds for project milestones. Implement strategies to mitigate financial risks and maximize liquidity.

  • Financial Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant financial regulations and standards in the construction industry. Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial reporting requirements, and internal policies.
