Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of financial reporting for Singapore subsidiaries, including statutory, tax, and management reporting. Responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements, management reports, cash flow forecasts, budgets, board materials, and relevant regulatory submissions.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of inter-company and bank balances
• Ensure accuracy in all reporting and statutory deadlines are met
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, internal and external auditors, customers, suppliers, and other professionals on related matters
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Qualified CA and/or ACCA with at least 5-7 years’ of working experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to oversee a finance team while working in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment
