POSITION : Finance Manager

LOCATION : Singapore

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for strengthening the company’s financial management framework across the region. This role combines hands‑on execution with strategic oversight covering reporting governance compliance and risk management. The position requires an adaptable finance leader who can collaborate effectively across departments and geographies drive process improvements and support executive decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
  • Oversee cash flow, statutory accounts, forecasting and preparation of regional financial statements.
  • Consolidate financial data and deliver timely reports to support business reviews and leadership decisions.
  • Coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance with external and internal audit requirements.
Systems & Process Improvement
  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of financial systems (e.g. ERP).
  • Strengthen internal controls, ensure accuracy of data and improve reporting workflows.
  • Standardize finance processes and documentation across the region.
Budgeting & Business Planning
  • Manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts consolidating inputs from multiple business units.
  • Prepare presentations and analysis to support performance monitoring and strategic planning.
  • Provide insights that link operational outcomes with financial performance.
Governance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS / GAAP and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Identify and mitigate credit operational and financial risks.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and finance policies to safeguard assets and ensure transparency.
Projects & Strategic Support
  • Contribute to regional initiatives, new policy rollouts and special projects as directed by senior leadership.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency and financial outcomes.
  • Deliver ad‑hoc analysis and recommendations to support executive decision‑making.
Ideal Candidate
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional certification (CPA, CMA or equivalent) preferred.
  • At least 10 years of finance experience with exposure to multinational or regional operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS / GAAP and financial / management reporting standards.
  • Experience in ERP implementation and process improvement projects.
  • Exposure to operational or supply chain finance is an advantage.
  • Analytical and detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and markets.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for regional needs.
