We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations. The role requires strong financial acumen and the ability to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Client Details

Our client is a rapidly expanding energy services company specializing in inspection, maintenance, and testing services for the oil & gas and renewables sectors.

Description

  • Lead financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance across group entities.
  • Prepare company for M&A transactions, including due diligence and integration.
  • Produce integrated cash flow models and support fundraising activities.
  • Oversee operational finance: quotations, project monitoring, margin analysis, and cost interrogation.
  • Support strategic decision-making with financial insights and scenario modeling.
  • Coordinate with external advisors on transaction-related matters.
  • Implement and improve financial systems and controls to support scalability.

Profile

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the oilfield services or energy sector
  • Strong background in transaction readiness, due diligence, and financial modeling.
  • Experience with project-based operations, including margin analysis and cost control.
  • Familiarity with consolidation accounting and multi-entity structures.
  • Hands-on and proactive approach, comfortable in a lean, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to work across geographies and functions.
