Job description

• Working day: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Group Finance Director in developing, implementing and monitoring the compliance of internal control policies and procedures.
• Review consolidated financial statements, management reports and budget variance analysis of the Group.
• Co-ordinate and lead the Finance Managers of subsidiaries to perform group financial activities.
• Ensure all financial, accounting and analytical reports are prepared according to the management policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate, participate and deliver insights into the financial reports in the management meeting and board meeting.
• Manage relationship with external auditors for financial audits.
• Complete and submit all GST returns and ensure compliance.
• Review CIT returns to be submitted by Tax Agent.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, analysis and presentation to Management.
• Oversee the costing function for the manufacturing activities in Singapore.
• Supervision of local & overseas Accounts staff with full spectrum of accounting responsibilities.
• Perform any other tasks as the need arises.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with 5-8 years of working experience, including experience in manufacturing costing, and supervisory experience.
• Prior working experience with Microsoft Business Central is beneficial.
• Current CA/CMA membership or equivalent would be an added advantage.
• Some travelling within Asia is required.
