Job description

We are currently working with our client, a healthcare company that operates globally. They are looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, while providing strategic financial support to the business.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this person will partner closely with senior stakeholders in the business to support decision-making, ensure financial integrity, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Present financial performance and analysis to senior stakeholders, offering clear insights into business performance and financial health.
  • Perform ongoing financial analysis to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies; manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
  • Oversee tax planning and compliance activities in collaboration with external advisors.
  • Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational and strategic objectives.
  • Identify financial risks and implement appropriate controls and mitigation measures to safeguard assets and ensure robust governance.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and development support to members of the finance team.
  • Partner with senior management to provide financial input into strategic initiatives and business planning.
  • Support the evaluation, implementation, and enhancement of financial systems and processes, including ERP platforms, to improve efficiency and reporting quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA or equivalent) preferred.
