Job description

The Finance Manager (FM) is responsible for financial accounting, audit, and tax matters for the Group. The FM reports to the CFO and has the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives alongside with the CFO. Strategic initiatives include mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, treasury, and investor relationship opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages and leads a team of highly motivated individuals;
  • Responsible for financial management, tax and audit matters;
  • Oversees the full set accounting process, including monthly journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial closing activities;
  • Reviews work processes/procedures and recommend changes for improvement;
  • Involves in budgeting and tracking, reporting, and analysing budget variances;
  • Monitors performance through financial analysis and provide insights for management’s review and decision-making;
  • Works directly with the CFO to drive strategic initiatives and special projects (M&A and JV), offering career progression opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • ISCA and/or CPA certification is preferred;
  • Prior audit experience is advantageous;
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
