Finance Manager

Location: Changi
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial models and forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
• Assist in the development of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor and manage budget performance, ensuring compliance with financial targets.
• Oversee financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of financial statements.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and address any issues.
• Supervise and mentor finance staff.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial insights and analysis.
• Assist in business planning and performance management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial modeling).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
