Job Summary

Lead the formulation and execution of the company’s investment and financing strategies, spearhead US stock listing initiatives and related capital market activities, and provide robust financial support for the company’s strategic growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive investment and financing plans to optimize the company’s capital structure and support strategic growth objectives
  • Manage the end-to-end process of US stock listing, including preparation, submission, and ensuring compliance with post-listing disclosure requirements
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and professional intermediaries to enhance capital market engagement
  • Analyze market trends and evaluate potential investment and merger & acquisition (M&A) opportunities to inform strategic decision-making
  • Streamline financial workflows and deliver data-driven insights to support key business decisions and improve operational efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, or related fields
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin, demonstrated through successful cross-border collaboration
  • In-depth knowledge of US SEC regulatory requirements and International Accounting Standards (IAS)
  • Proven negotiation skills and strong analytical capabilities to drive effective financial strategies
