Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a result-driven and strategic Finance Manager to lead our business activities in APAC & Indian subcontinent focussing on Spices, Organic vegetables, Eco-friendly restaurant materials & Industrial Kitchen equipment. This role will focus on developing and executing growth strategies, expanding market presence, and establishing strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Finance and Operations through a keen understanding of the multinational industry landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Expertise: Lead the finance function, directing budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and risk management to support strategic goals. Ensure APAC-wide compliance with regulations, applying best practices. Oversee accurate financial reporting, regulatory filings, and audits. Collaborate with senior leadership on financial planning and investment strategies. Provide insights to drive growth, cost efficiency, and operations. Manage a regional finance team, promoting development and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the business strategy for organic products targeted at the feed industry, with an emphasis on growth, market share expansion, and competitive positioning.
  • Business Development: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key organic industry stakeholders, including vegetable, spice producers, and distributors; drive strategic partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, working closely with Sales and Marketing to drive customer engagement and product adoption in the organic market.
  • Customer Engagement: Stay attuned to the evolving needs of customers in the organic & eco industry; serve as a bridge between customers and local producers for feedback on product quality & innovative needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to achieving business goals in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, trading, agribusiness, industrial equipment industry is preferred.
  • Expertise in financial regulations, tax laws, and proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and risk management.
  • Proven experience overseeing finance operations, with a deep knowledge of regional regulatory and tax requirements.
  • Proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and leadership finance & trading industry.
  • In-depth understanding of Indian market & suppliers with Indian industry regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills preferably Tamil, Hindi speakers to co-ordinate with local Indian manufacturers & suppliers.
  • Ability to travel frequently is needed.
