Job summary

PUBLICIS GROUPE SINGAPORE is seeking an experienced finance professional to own end-to-end job management, including GL reconciliation and revenue take-up. The role collaborates with the Commercial Finance Analyst and non-finance teams and requires strong process discipline in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will onboard new joiners to the workflow, maintain Altair-based job structures, and drive timely job closures while ensuring audit-ready documentation and controls across the revenue

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the Advertising industry.
• Degree in Business or Accounting; professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance to implement end-to-end job management workflow.
• Onboard and train non-finance teams on the Altair workflow.
• Manage GL flow and advise on job closures from a finance perspective.
• Maintain and update job structure and E-T-E process with changes.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations and review aged jobs/POs for timely closures.
• Ensure compliance with Groupe FMC controls and audit requirements.
• Attend Revenue meetings and prepare documentation for revenue take-up.
• Oversee month-end revenue closing and job billing accuracy.
• Supervise a Finance Associate to ensure compliance with policies and controls.
• Approve job openings in Altair and validate correct job setup.
• Respond to questions about job openings and client contract execution.
• Approve supplier POs with correct job codes and costs; monitor for overruns.
• Coordinate supplier/inter-company POs and ad-hoc month-end work.
