Job description
Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the CEO, this role drives investment strategy, manages portfolio companies, and ensures operational and financial excellence.
  • Responsible for investment management – to evaluate and present recommendations as well as oversee investee performance.
  • Identify new opportunities aligned with office goals.
  • Manage internal/outsourced finance, legal, and compliance resources.
  • Build networks with investors, partners and portfolio companies.
  • Conduct portfolio reviews and maintain financial models.
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Economics. CFA/MBA preferred.
  • Strong work tenure; at least 8 years of experience as Finance Manager in a family office/private investment management/corporate finance.
  • Possess strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent project, time management, communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially astute and familiar with spreadsheet modelling.
  • Strong computing skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and technology savvy.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to multitask.
  • Highly adaptable to a loosely structured environment. Leader with a collaborative and hands‑on approach.
  • Office location: Near Tiong Bahru/Henderson| Mon – Fri (9:30am – 6:30pm).
  • Candidates available on short notice preferred.
