Job summary

MAKE UP FOR EVER in Singapore is offering a six-month full-time internship to join our Finance and Controlling teams. You will work with an international, diverse group across Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong and China, supporting monthly reporting and budgeting tasks in a fast-paced Travel Retail environment.

The role requires proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), a proactive attitude, confidentiality, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Commit to at least 6 months (Jan–Jun 2027) for a full-time internship.
• Proficiency with MS Office i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Able to adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in month-end close tasks and monthly reporting to HQ/Region.
• Support budget templates and consolidation of inputs from markets and functions.

Job Description

YOUR IMPACT _________

This role will give you the opportunity to be part of Make Up For Ever Tribe and work collaboratively with teams in an international & culturally diverse environment with various functional teams based in Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong and China. You will develop knowledge of the dynamic Travel Retail business in Asia Pacific.

YOUR MISSION _________

Business Analysis and Monthly Reporting

• Assist controlling team for month-end closing tasks eg. monthly reporting to HQ, Region or local management
• Analyze the main variances of actuals P&L vs. last year and budget
• Assist in the preparation of monthly meetings for Brand’s Management
• Support on business analysis (retail sales, net sales etc.)
• Support the business controller with ad hoc local reports

Budget Preparation

• Support with the preparation of budget templates
• Assist with the consolidation of inputs from markets and function stakeholders
• Assist with the system upload and preparation of submission packages to HQ

Others

• Review of controlling procedures and update if needed
• Streamline reporting processes and help to organize access to data
• Ad hoc analysis and project follow up

Qualifications

• Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Self-Motivated, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.

• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
