Job summary

INTERNATIONAL FRENCH SCHOOL (SINGAPORE) LTD. invites a 5–6 month full-time internship in the Finance team, starting August 2026. The intern will provide general accounting support and assist in AR/AP management, bank reconciliation, and fixed assets accounting.

You will help prepare financial analysis packs for management and support budgeting processes. Candidates should study Accountancy/Finance/Economics, demonstrate strong communication skills, be proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Must study Accountancy/Finance/Economics or related major.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with others.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) mandatory.
• Highly motivated with a desire to learn and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide general accounting support.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable/Payables management.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and fixed assets accounting.
• Assist in the preparation of financial analysis for management.
• Support the annual budgeting process.
• Assist in statistical analysis and other special projects.
• Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.
