Job summary

LBeauty, a joint venture between LVMH and Luxasia, handles 6 brands of perfumes and cosmetics of the LVMH group within 7 markets in Southeast Asia. The FP&A internship will support month-end closing and cost analysis for G&A and Logistics across the six LBeauty entities, with a focus on Sales and Sell-out data.

Candidate will use Excel, SAP and Power BI to streamline reporting, manage data access, and collaborate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Month-End Closing review of G&A and Logistics costs for the 6 LBeauty entities.
• Analyse main variances vs. last year and budget and obtain explanation.
• Enhance the follow-up of Logistics and IT costs.
• Assist in monthly Consolidation & Reporting with a focus on Sales.
• Assist in maintaining the Sell-out (BISO) platform.
• Streamline reporting processes and help organize data access.
• Maintain effective communication with third parties to ensure good collaboration.
• Ad hoc analysis and project follow-up.

LBeauty, a Joint Venture between LVMH and Luxasia, handles 6 brands of perfumes and cosmetics of the LVMH group (Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, MAKE UP FOR EVER, Benefit, Givenchy and Fresh) within 7 markets in South East Asia.

FP&A

Requirements

• Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing environment and business needs
