Job summary

The International Baccalaureate (IB) invites applications for its 18-month Finance Graduate Programme in Singapore. You will rotate across FP&A and Audit & Risk, building a broad finance skillset while contributing to performance, governance and risk management across our global function.

You will experience two nine-month placements, with on-site collaboration 1–2 days per week, and support from experienced professionals in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of departmental objectives by undertaking a range of operational, analytical and administrative activities.
• Contribute to finance initiatives and projects across placement areas.
• Develop understanding of how finance supports organisational performance and decision-making.
• Assist with financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and planning.
• Build experience in governance and risk management within a global organisation.
• Gain hands-on exposure to FP&A and Audit & Risk activities.
