Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Transfer Agency Contract Role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational aspects of our transfer agency, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of investor transactions and the provision of exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Fund Manager’s due diligence obligations on their investors through name screening.
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers
• Understand different performance fee methodologies and provide the calculation of performance fees
• Maintain shareholder registers and issue monthly statements to shareholders
• Liaise with internal teams to provide reports and investor-related services
• Process creation and redemption of ETF units on SGX as per Operating Guidelines
• Ensure underlying trades are settled as per Operating Guidelines
• Prepare preliminary files for the processing of Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and FATCA Tax reporting
• Assist in new fund launches for purpose of providing Transfer Agency Services

Requirements

• Degree holder (finance/accounting/engineering preferred)
• Able to read and review Financial Statements and Valuation Reports would be an advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Accurate and able to work in fast paced environment
• Strong ability to prioritize deliverables against competing deadlines
• Has an eye for details and is meticulous
• Team player who can work independently
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
