Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive (Reporting & Analysis) to support month-end close, variance analysis, budgeting, and audit coordination. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting and 3–4 years of relevant experience.

You'll prepare journal entries, revenue/expense analyses, and audit schedules, using Navision and MS Excel. Central location with relocation planned to Paya Lebar/Tai Seng around 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, applicants with full set of accounts experience are preferred.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Commission Processing: Prepare student recruitment commission calculations for local recruitment staff and in-country representatives.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Perform timely month-end and year-end closing activities; prepare month-end workings and accounting entries for revenue items; post monthly journal entries; prepare revenue and expense variance analyses; prepare audit schedules and financial data for management reporting.
• Budgeting: Prepare annual budget templates; consolidate annual budgets for reporting; prepare budget upload files for accounting system and management reports.
• Compliance, Audit, Tax & Statutory Requirements: Update documents for regulatory compliance; support audit queries; prepare audit financial reports and annual returns, XBRL submissions, and tax returns.
• Other Duties: Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company.

Salary $3,800 - $4,500

Working Day: 5 days

Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon-Thu), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)
