Job summary

A leading company in accounting services in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to manage fixed asset transactions and ensure accurate reporting. Candidates should possess a diploma in accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SAP ECC 6.0 is essential. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 system is a must.
• Ability to work independently and accurately under time constraints.

• Update and monitor daily and monthly fixed asset transactions.
• Ensure timely posting of transactions to SAP system.
• Prepare fixed asset schedules and manage documentations.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Update and monitor daily and monthly fixed asset transactions
• Ensure posting of fixed asset transactions to SAP system timely and accurately
• Prepare fixed asset schedules, depreciation, addition, disposal & etc as well as tagging and assets counts
• Data entry such as posting of general entries (GL) to SAP system timely and accurately, update general entries schedules timely
• Posting of service vendor invoices to SAP system timely and accurately and input vendors' bank details information to SAP system
• Proper maintain documentations related to fixed asset/GL & etc
• Provide documents for audit/tax/internal reporting purpose
