Responsibilities

  • Manage full sets of accounts for subsidiaries and the Group.
  • Review Accounts Receivable batch postings.
  • Perform monthly and year-end closings.
  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
  • Support the development of management reports.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements.
  • Liaise with auditors during audit periods.
  • Coordinate financial and tax reporting with overseas counterparts.
  • Assist in preparing corporate tax returns.
  • Support government statistical reporting.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process.

As a Finance Executive (GL), you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Manage full sets of accounts for subsidiaries and the Group, including general ledger, fixed assets, tax, and intercompany transactions.
  • Review Accounts Receivable batch postings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform monthly and year-end closings in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and group‑level financial schedules.
  • Support the development of management reports, including variance analysis and cash flow analysis of subsidiaries.
  • Prepare statutory financial statements for Group subsidiaries.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors during audit periods.
  • Coordinate with overseas counterparts on financial and tax reporting for foreign subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associates.
  • Assist in preparing corporate tax returns and handling overseas VAT matters.
  • Support government statistical reporting through accurate data compilation.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process.
  • Contribute to finance projects and other ad‑hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of experience in some listed companies.
  • Up to date knowledge of accounting regulations.
  • Proficient in Accpac, Sage30, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a SGX listed company will be advantageous.
