Our client is a privately owned family office that manages investments, assets, and financial affairs across Singapore and Hong Kong. The team oversees accounting, reporting, and investment activities for multiple entities, offering a professional and stable working environment with exposure to cross-border financial operations.

Job Descriptions

1. Accounting & Financial Reporting

  • Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities, including investment holdings, management companies, and SPVs.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial statements.
  • Review accounting records prepared by external service providers (e.g., Hong Kong entities).
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in consolidation, bookkeeping, and statutory filings.

2. Financial Operations & Compliance

  • Monitor capital movements, fund transfers, and multi-currency transactions.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial teams on financial and compliance matters.
  • Support budgeting, investment tracking, and internal reporting for management.
  • Maintain group structure charts, share registers, and compliance documentation (KYC/CRS/FATCA).

3. Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Assist with contract management, insurance claims, and general office administrative tasks.
  • Support coordination of company-related renewals, statutory submissions, and records management.
  • Provide support in preparing financial summaries or investment reports for related entities.
  • Handle ad‑hoc administrative tasks related with family office.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in investment holdings, family office, or related sectors.
