Job summary

A leading services company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage full Accounts Receivable operations, including processing and month-end closing. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Accountancy, with 1-2 years of experience and strong MS Office skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese is necessary to interact with stakeholders. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or professional qualifications in Accountancy.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Account Receivables.
  • Experience in F&B or Retail industry is an advantage.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage full Accounts Receivable operations, including daily processing and month‑end closing.
  • Handle intercompany billings, commission accruals and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain customer master records and update monthly schedules.
  • Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure timely submission of sales reports for management and landlords.
  • Support external audits and perform other assigned ad‑hoc duties.
Accounts Payable Responsibilities
  • Invoice recording, staff claims processing, prepare payments and staff reimbursements while ensuring compliance with SOPs.
  • Reconcile vendor statements, coordinate internally to address and resolve AP related matters.
  • Support internal and external audit requests and assist with AR duties when needed.
  • Handle other assigned tasks and ad‑hoc duties.
Job Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma or professional qualifications in Accountancy
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Account Receivables
  • Experience in F&B or Retail industry is an advantage.
  • Advanced MS Office Skills with strong Excel proficiency
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with management.
  • Meticulous with a good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English and Chinese is required to liaise with English‑ and Chinese‑speaking shareholder.
