A telecommunications company in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented finance assistant to aid in the preparation of financial reports, manage data entry, and assist with accounts payable and receivable. Ideal candidates will possess a diploma in accountancy, have 3-5 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
Perform data entry tasks, including entering financial transactions into ERP system.
Assist in the tracking of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.
Assist in the reconciling accounts and identifying discrepancies or variances.
Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed, such as filing documents, preparing spreadsheets, and organising reports.
Provide support to the Finance & Operations team with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company.
