Responsibilities

• Monthly submission to HDB on S&CC Arrears
• Preparation of arrears report for Finance & Town Council meeting
• Review GIRO and RCSS application, residents' refund/penalty waiver
• Review on HDB collection on behalf
• Review Town Council collections on behalf on behalf of HDB
• To furnish S&CC rates to HDB as per request
• Review of Mass collection/mass legal action - NODs & prosecution
• Updating of adjusting journals and year end journals
• Preparing Audit schedules and liaise with external auditors during yearly audits
• Follow up on auditors' recommendations and implementing of control measures in day to day operations to reduce any internal control weakness
• Being accountable for all adjusting entries to TOL income
• Attending to verbal and written enquiries from residents and commericals owners/tenants
• Quotation for printing SOA, Notices, General Insurance, Financial auditor
• Any adhoc duties as assigned by the management
